Terms: | Net 30 days from date of invoice on credit approval accounts. A late charge of 2% per month will be charged on all past due accounts. New accounts without credit approval, will be shipped C.O.D. All orders and directions for shipment are subject to acceptance by FIRE PRO | |

|
Minimum Charge: | Minimum billing is $50.00 per order, plus shipping charges. | |
|
|
||
|
Delivery: | All orders are shipped F.O.B. our factory, with freight charges prepaid and billed. | |
|
|
||
|
Claims: | Damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier and claim filed upon receipt of shipment. FPM must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Any shortage or error in shipment must be reported to FPM immediately on receipt of the order. | |

|
||
|
Returns: | No returns will be accepted without written approval. There will be a 25% restocking charge on all returns. | |
|
|
||
|
Warranty: | A one year limited warranty applies to all products. All products are guaranteed against defects in original; material and workmanship. | |
|
|
||
|
Taxes: | All prices and quotations are subject to local, state, and federal sales and excise taxes where applicable. | |
|
|
||
|
Price Quotes: | For quantity price quotes or special applications, contact our Customer Service Department. Price quotes are firm for 60 days. | |
|
|
||
|
Custom Fabrication: | 50% deposit required for all custom fabrication. | |
